If there has been a mistake on our part, or if the product(s) was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as a replacement product. 

  • Returns are made through our Return Center within 21 days of the delivery date. 
  • For size exchanges please include the specifications in the notes before submitting your request.
  • A tracking code for your returned package must be provided (it helps us identify which package belongs to you).
  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
Refunds can take up to 5—10 business days to appear on your bank account, depending on their processing times. This can vary between financial institutions. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable
