If there has been a mistake on our part, or if the product(s) was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to send you a complimentary pre-paid return shipping label as well as a replacement product. All products that are returned to us must be sent back in their original packaging and not tampered with.

All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. For size exchanges, we do not ship the new size out until we have received the product in hand.
Here Is A Simple Run-Down Of The Rules And Procedures For Returns:
- For size exchanges please include the specifications in the Notes before submitting your request.
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift certificate sent via email. We CANNOT issue refunds.
- A tracking code for your returned package must be provided (it helps us identify which package belongs to you).
- All returns requests must be received within 7 days of the date you received your order.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
Please Note: If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied, or otherwise refused, Furbaby Couture will not provide any form of refund or reship the order.
